Operating in the mobile space presents a unique set of challenges and issues. The law of mobile is still in its infancy and rapidly developing in this area, and mobile app ecosystems operate differently than many other commercial marketplaces. The law of the Internet, while more developed than of mobile, still presents a number of challenges in itself.

Kevin's experience in working on both sides of the mobile app ecosystem, as the primary legal counsel for the Amazon Appstore and as the General Counsel of a leading mobile gaming company, gives him tremendous knowledge and insight in this space, from understanding COPPA and GDPR, to preparing comprehensive but straightforward website and online services terms and conditions and EULAs, to negotiating mobile and internet advertising agreements, to navigating the mobile appstore ecosystem and e-commerce issues.
